Duties & Responsibilities

Participate in virology and immunology experimental work and data analysis.
Develop and maintain bioinformatics pipelines and analyze viral genomic data.
Conduct statistical and dynamical modelling of infectious disease transmission.
Develop machine learning and deep learning models for disease prediction.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary research teams on infectious disease research.

Bachelor's degree or above in Virology, Immunology, Microbiology, or related discipline.
Proficiency in at least one programming language (R, Python, C, or C++).
Strong interest in research on emerging and re-emerging infectious diseases.
Experience in systems immunology, viral evolution, or transmission dynamics modelling (preferred).
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills with fluent English.
Responsible, self-motivated, and able to work independently and collaboratively.

Full-time contract — one year, with possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance.
