Duties & Responsibilities

Perform data cleaning, validation, transformation, integration and documentation for large-scale social science research.
Assist with data weighting procedures including sample weight construction and post-stratification.
Process and manage survey, administrative and longitudinal datasets systematically.
Prepare codebooks, metadata files and data processing documentation.
Support statistical analysis, data visualisation and preparation of technical reports.
Conduct data quality and consistency checks to ensure data integrity.
Coordinate with project teams to monitor data collection and resolve data-related issues.
Maintain secure data storage, version control and access management procedures.
Liaise with multidisciplinary team members on data-related matters.

Master's degree or above in Social Sciences, Statistics, Data Science, Public Policy, or related discipline.
At least 1 year of relevant research or data-related experience (or strong technical skills).
Knowledge of quantitative research methods, survey data processing and statistical analysis.
Proficiency in statistical or programming software such as R, Stata, Python or SPSS.
Familiarity with survey weighting and longitudinal data is advantageous.

Full-time, 1-year temporary contract with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability.
