Duties & Responsibilities

Collect, clean, analyse, and interpret data through surveys and other research means.
Liaise with internal and external parties to facilitate research activities.
Work on projects evaluating service utilisation of hard-to-reach elderly and early warning systems in the community.
Work irregular hours and/or weekends occasionally, particularly for data collection.

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Social Sciences, or related discipline.
Proficiency in at least one statistical or programming software package (R, Stata, Python, or SPSS).
Good knowledge of quantitative research methods, survey data processing, and statistical analysis.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle complex datasets accurately.
Ability to translate complex data insights into clear language for non-technical audiences.
Strong sense of research ethics, data confidentiality, and information security.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with researchers.
At least 1 year of relevant research or data-related experience preferred; candidates with strong technical skills may be considered without this.

Full-time, temporary 1-year contract with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability.
