Research Assistant I/II (holding the functional title of Project Officer)

Duties & Responsibilities

Provide administrative support for a youth mental health project's capacity building stream.
Assist in developing protocols, guidelines, and reporting for project initiatives.
Coordinate project events, evaluation research, conferences, and training sessions.
Provide secretarial support for meetings and maintain project documentation.
Facilitate communication between the project team and stakeholders.
Perform additional duties as assigned, occasionally outside normal office hours.

Bachelor's degree or above in psychology, social science, or healthcare-related disciplines.
Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
Experience in IT system management, community research management advantageous.

One-year temporary contract with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability.
