Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and validate immunoassays, including antibody screening, pairing optimization, conjugation, and sensitivity/specificity evaluation.
- Perform molecular biology experiments independently, such as probe design, PCR, qPCR, and protein expression and purification.
- Assist in experimental design, data collection, analysis, and preparation of technical reports.
- Support laboratory operations, including reagent inventory management and protocol standardization.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Master's degree or above in Molecular Biology, Immunology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or related field.
- Solid theoretical knowledge of molecular biology and proficiency in molecular cloning and protein detection techniques.
- Strong hands-on laboratory skills with ability to independently design and execute experiments.
- Detail-oriented, patient, responsible, with excellent record-keeping habits and ability to work under pressure.
Appointment
- Full-time contract — 1-year temporary basis or 2-year fixed-term basis, with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability.
