Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and validate immunoassays including antibody screening, pairing optimization, and conjugation.
- Perform molecular biology experiments such as probe design, PCR, qPCR, and protein expression independently.
- Assist in experimental design, data collection, analysis, and preparation of technical reports.
- Support laboratory operations including reagent inventory management and protocol standardization.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Master's degree or above in Molecular Biology, Immunology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or related field.
- Solid theoretical foundation in molecular biology with proficiency in molecular cloning and protein detection techniques.
- Strong hands-on laboratory skills with ability to independently design and execute experiments.
- Detail-oriented, patient, and responsible with good record-keeping habits and ability to work under pressure.
Appointment
- Full-time — 1-year temporary basis or 2-year fixed-term basis with possibility of renewal.
