Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide research support to a team working on antimicrobial resistance.
- Assist in microbiological testing, protocol development, and laboratory experiments.
- Conduct data collection and analysis for research projects.
- Manage procurement and budget responsibilities.
- Handle biological specimens and confidential data with discretion.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in science, biology, medical/biomedical sciences, or related disciplines.
- Demonstrate relevant experience in microbiology and molecular biology.
- Be fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua).
- Show ability to work as a team player with passion and self-initiative in research.
- Experience in bacterial culture, DNA extraction, or bioinformatic analysis is advantageous.
Appointment
- Full-time contract — one year with possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance.
