Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate clinical trials including participant recruitment and screening.
- Conduct study-related procedures such as phlebotomy and data gathering.
- Process samples, manage documentation, and ensure quality control.
- Oversee facility operations and liaise with trial sponsors and research organizations.
- Receive initial training and participate in ongoing cancer educational sessions.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Life Sciences or related disciplines.
- Good coordination, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Detail-minded with strong time management and self-motivation.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese).
- Commitment to quality, compliance, and ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks.
Appointment
- Full-time contract — one year, with possibility of renewal subject to funding and performance.
