Duties & Responsibilities
- Work in the laboratory under supervision to contribute to studies of influenza virus pathogenesis, transmission and vaccination.
- Manage and maintain laboratory operations and conduct experiments.
- Assist in training new laboratory members.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in science, biology, medical science or related disciplines.
- Laboratory experience in cell culture, virology, and/or immunology.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work effectively in a team.
- Experience in influenza virology is desired but not essential.
Appointment
- Contract — one-year temporary term with possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance.
