Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct genomic and translational research under supervision, focusing on clinical genomics and rare disease discovery.
- Perform multi-omics data analysis and computational work depending on candidate strengths.
- Contribute to high-impact studies with potential for publication and international conference presentations.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a bachelor's or master's degree in bioinformatics, biological/medical sciences, computational biology, biochemistry, genomics, or related field.
- Possess genuine interest in human genetics and rare disease research.
- Have programming experience in R and/or Python, and familiarity with Linux/Bash scripting (advantageous).
- Demonstrate laboratory skills in molecular biology techniques such as DNA/RNA extraction, qPCR, or cell culture (equally encouraged).
- Be organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, fluent in English, with strong analytical and communication skills.
Appointment
- Full-time contract for one year, with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance.
