Duties & Responsibilities
- Support a research programme applying quantitative and genomic methods to large population health datasets.
- Perform data management and statistical analysis on clinical and administrative databases.
- Conduct literature reviews and maintain detailed documentation of research activities.
- Work under the supervision of Prof. Brian Chung on translational research projects.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a bachelor's or master's degree in epidemiology, biostatistics, health data science, public health, or related quantitative discipline.
- Possess experience with statistical programming in R and/or Python and large-scale health datasets.
- Demonstrate intellectual curiosity, self-motivation, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in teams.
- Speak and write English fluently; familiarity with causal inference methods and clinical databases is advantageous.
Appointment
- Full-time contract — one year, with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance.
