Duties & Responsibilities

Lead qualitative aspects of research projects including data collection, analysis, and academic writing.
Manage and transform unstructured field data into analyzable formats and conduct qualitative analysis.
Perform basic statistical analysis when needed and support literature reviews.
Draft methodology and results sections and prepare academic publications with the research team.

Level 2 or equivalent in five HKDSE subjects including Chinese, English, and Mathematics; or Grade E in HKCEE subjects.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Sciences, Psychology, Public Health, Gerontology, Urban Studies, or related field.
Strong ability to identify research opportunities and capture meaningful data through observation and engagement.
Proficiency in qualitative analysis software (e.g., NVivo) and basic statistical analysis capability.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with team members and external partners.
