Duties & Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI algorithms for strabismus diagnosis systems.
- Gather requirements and implement solutions for the AI project.
- Train AI models and analyze their performance.
- Write academic manuscripts and publish research in international journals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
- Proficiency in data processing and analysis.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Strong enthusiasm, self-motivation, and ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Strong interest in conducting research and academic manuscript writing (desirable).
