Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate with external partners and NGOs to facilitate project activities and arrange logistics.
- Provide field work support including data collection and quality checking.
- Assist in designing, implementing, and evaluating research projects.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and summaries of research findings.
- Support workshops, seminars, and stakeholder meetings with administrative tasks.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Social Work, Psychology, or Public Health.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience working with NGOs or in the non-profit sector.
- Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese and English.
- Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible, self-motivated, able to work independently and in teams under tight schedules.
- Experience in survey and qualitative data collection is advantageous.
Appointment
- Full-time, 1-year temporary contract with possibility of renewal subject to funding and performance.
