Duties & Responsibilities
- Support clinical research activities in urology by assisting physicians with patient interviews and clinical information collection.
- Retrieve, review, and maintain medical records and research databases through data entry.
- Support clinical trial reporting and coordination as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Handle direct patient contact and clinical specimens as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a Hong Kong Associate Degree, Higher Diploma, or Bachelor's degree.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Cantonese and English (both spoken and written), with Mandarin preferred.
- Possess essential skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Have a strong customer service attitude with a patient-focused and professional approach.
- Prior clinical experience in a public hospital setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis tools such as IBM SPSS is advantageous.
Appointment
- Full-time, fixed-term contract for one to two year(s) with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance.
