Duties & Responsibilities
- Support clinical research activities in urology by assisting physicians with patient interviews and clinical information collection.
- Retrieve, review, and maintain medical records and research databases.
- Perform data entry and support clinical trial reporting and coordination.
- Handle direct patient contact and clinical specimens as part of a multidisciplinary research team.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a Hong Kong Associate Degree, Higher Diploma, or Bachelor's degree.
- Demonstrate proficiency in spoken and written Cantonese and English.
- Possess proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Have strong customer service and patient-focused attitudes; prior clinical experience in a public hospital is preferred.
Appointment
- Full-time, fixed-term contract for one to two years with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance.
