Duties & Responsibilities
- Support clinical research activities in urology by assisting physicians with patient interviews and clinical information collection.
- Retrieve, review, and maintain medical records and research databases through data entry.
- Support clinical trial reporting and coordination as part of a multidisciplinary research team.
- Handle direct patient contact and clinical specimens as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a Hong Kong Associate Degree, Higher Diploma, or Bachelor's degree.
- Demonstrate proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese spoken and written; Mandarin preferred).
- Show competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with statistical analysis tools such as IBM SPSS advantageous.
- Possess strong customer service attitude, patient-focused approach, and prior clinical experience in public hospital settings preferred.
Appointment
- Full-time, fixed-term contract for one to two years with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance.
