Research Assistant II – Unreal Developer (R7073) (A&SS)

Duties & Responsibilities

Construct 2D/3D assets for the research project on Chinese literature and immersive experiences.
Research and develop novel 2D/3D visualization and interaction experiences for large-scale immersive display spaces.
Assist the Principal Investigator and supervisors in preparing experiments.
Conduct ad-hoc research activities as instructed by the Principal Investigator.

Bachelor's degree or above in Creative/Interactive Media, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
Intermediate knowledge and practical experience with Unreal Engine development, Blueprint scripting, and C++ programming.
Detail-oriented, hardworking, responsible, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines.
Understanding of interactive 3D simulation in VR/AR or generative AI is advantageous; fresh graduates and those intending to pursue research postgraduate studies are preferred.
