Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist the project leader in administering the research project on youth development and computer literacy in the AI era.
- Support research and evaluative studies, including data collection and analysis.
- Help recruit study participants and draft related reports and papers.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Head of Unit.
- Work irregular hours occasionally, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold an honours degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, Public Health, or related discipline.
- Demonstrate proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Possess strong statistics literacy, including Mplus, R, and SPSS.
- Have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills with the ability to work both independently and as a team member.
