Duties & Responsibilities

Assist the project leader in conducting research on AI in accounting and finance.
Support literature review, data collection, data cleaning, and preliminary analysis.
Help develop and test AI models, quantitative strategies, and agent-based research frameworks.
Prepare research materials, technical documentation, reports, and presentation slides.
Coordinate with engineers, researchers, and academic collaborators on research implementation.
Organize research data, experiment results, and project records for documentation.

Hold an honours degree or above in Computer Science, AI, Statistics, Financial Engineering, Data Science, Finance, or related fields.
Possess basic understanding of AI models, machine learning, quantitative research, or programming.
Demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in teams.
Have good written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English.
Preference given to candidates with prior research experience in AI, quantitative finance, or machine learning.
Preference given to candidates with experience in Python or data analysis tools.
