Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct literature reviews on AI integration for positive youth development and student well-being.
- Assist in analyzing intensive longitudinal and experimental datasets.
- Help write research reports, manuscripts, and grant proposals.
- Assist in developing and refining the AI chatbot system.
- Collect data from Hong Kong secondary school students.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Unit.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold an honours degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- Demonstrate fluency in written and spoken English, Chinese, and Cantonese.
- Be proficient in statistical software such as R, Mplus, SPSS, or Python.
- Be familiar with AI-powered chatbot development platforms and the Hong Kong secondary school system.
- Show interest in applying AI technologies to promote student well-being.
- Master's degree and research experience preferred.
Appointment
- Full-time — 12 months initially, with possibility of further appointment.
