Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct literature reviews for assigned research projects.
- Liaise with NGO partners on project matters.
- Recruit and manage participant involvement in studies.
- Assist in co-design workshops with older adults.
- Support data management and analysis activities.
- Develop project deliverables including reports, conference abstracts, and manuscripts.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Head of Unit.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold an honours degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Health Sciences, or related social sciences discipline.
- Demonstrate fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese).
- Be familiar with social sciences research methods.
- Possess strong academic writing skills.
- Have good interpersonal skills, particularly with older adults.
- Be self-motivated, well-organised, and detail-oriented.
Appointment
- Full-time contract — 12 months initially, with possibility of further appointment.
