Duties & Responsibilities

Assist in recruiting participants and following up across study cohorts at various venues.
Coordinate surveys and assessments using online, tablet, paper, and telephone methods with older adults.
Support qualitative data collection including interview logistics, transcription, and coding.
Manage study databases, cohort calendars, and participant tracking and follow-up.
Liaise with partner organizations and data collectors to coordinate fieldwork schedules.
Prepare progress reports, findings, presentations, and other project deliverables.

Honours degree in Nursing, Public Health, Social Sciences, Psychology, Gerontology, or related discipline.
Experience in community-based research, survey administration, or fieldwork coordination, preferably with older adults.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and online survey platforms.
Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese with fluency in Cantonese.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work patiently with older adults.
Excellent organizational skills, responsibility, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.
