Duties & Responsibilities

Conduct literature reviews on job quality, employment conditions, labour market integration, and highly skilled migrant experiences.
Assist in quantitative and qualitative data collection, including surveys, interviews, and data management.
Help prepare research reports, policy briefs, academic publications, and dissemination materials.
Support research-related and administrative duties as assigned.

Hold an honours degree in Social Sciences, preferably in Demography, Public Policy, Economics, Survey Research, or Statistics.
Demonstrate excellent written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua and/or Cantonese.
Have hands-on experience with statistical software or programming languages such as Stata, R, or Python.
Possess strong interpersonal, communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Be self-motivated, responsible, and able to work both independently and as a team player.
