Duties & Responsibilities

Assist project leader in coordinating and implementing programmes with NGOs and residential communities.
Develop and coordinate community-based participatory design research tasks including site observations, user engagement, and workshops.
Develop, record and analyse processes of engagement, documentation and promotion of project materials and findings.
Perform other duties as assigned by the project leader.

Honours degree in Design, Fine Arts, Humanities, Science or equivalent qualification.
Experience in research and administration in field-based studies with older adults and other generations.
Knowledge of industry-standard design software and Microsoft Office including Excel.
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese with fluency in Cantonese.
Strong competencies in community engagement and good organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred: prior experience enhancing quality of life of older adults through art and design approaches.
