Duties & Responsibilities
- Advance OLED device performance using proprietary materials and technology.
- Develop and implement technology strategy aligned with research goals and performance requirements.
- Oversee R&D activities for OLED emitters and devices, providing technical guidance and leadership.
- Develop prototypes for wearable devices.
- Build strategic relationships with industry partners, research institutes, manufacturers, and suppliers.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Ph.D. degree in Chemistry, Material Science, Microelectronics, or relevant discipline.
- Strong background in organic optoelectronics and OLED technology.
- Good publication track record and demonstrated expertise in research.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Good analytical skills and fluent command of English and Chinese.
Appointment
- Full-time contract for two years, with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance.
