Research Assistant Professor in Intelligent Wearable Technologies

Duties & Responsibilities

Conduct interdisciplinary research in intelligent wearable technologies and smart textiles with focus on machine learning, AI-driven sensing, and multimodal data analytics.
Pursue external research grants as Principal Investigator or Co-Investigator.
Supervise MPhil or PhD students.
Provide quality teaching at undergraduate and/or postgraduate level.
Contribute to school service and perform assigned duties.

PhD degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Data Science, Textile Engineering, Materials Science or related disciplines.
Strong research background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or data analytics.
Good publication record in high-quality scholarly journals or leading international conferences.
At least two years of postdoctoral research experience preferred.
Excellent communication skills and ability to use English as the medium of instruction.
