Duties & Responsibilities
- Examine how partnerships between NGOs, the corporate sector, and government agencies facilitate workplace inclusion for marginalised populations.
- Conduct research on individuals with disabilities or special needs in workplace settings.
- Play a pivotal role in social welfare and private sector research initiatives.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Possess a PhD or equivalent in Social Work, Social Sciences, Business, or a related field.
- Have at least two years of post-qualification experience.
- Demonstrate competency in qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
- Have strong proficiency in written and spoken English and Cantonese.
- Have knowledge and experience in conducting research in social welfare and private sectors (preferred).
Appointment
- One-year temporary to two-year fixed-term contract, with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability.
