Duties & Responsibilities
- Examine how partnerships between NGOs, the corporate sector, and government agencies support workplace inclusion for marginalized populations.
- Conduct research on facilitating employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities or special needs.
Requirements & Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Social Work, Social Sciences, Business, or a related field.
- At least two years of post-qualification experience.
- Competency in qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
- Strong proficiency in written and spoken English and Cantonese.
- Knowledge and experience in conducting research in social welfare and private sectors (highly preferred).
Appointment
- One-year temporary to two-year fixed-term contract, with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability.
