Duties & Responsibilities

Conduct data management and analysis for research projects on healthy ageing and non-pharmacological interventions.
Prepare research reports and high-quality manuscripts for publication.
Develop research proposals and design studies in collaboration with multidisciplinary scholars.
Liaise with community partners and present findings at local and international conferences.
Supervise junior research staff in academic activities.

Ph.D. in social work, psychology, public health, health economics, or a related discipline.
Demonstrated strong potential for high-quality research in ageing, cognitive impairment, and social capital.
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with ability to work in teams.
Research project management experience and strong publication track record preferred for Research Assistant Professor position.

Full-time, one-year contract with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance.

Start date: As soon as possible.
