Duties & Responsibilities

Contribute to research on nursing leadership, practice, and education for Hong Kong nursing professionals.
Assist with planning, coordinating, and implementing research projects and data collection.
Conduct literature reviews, data analysis, and examine research methodologies.
Design assessment tools, questionnaires, and prepare manuscripts and research reports.
Supervise Post-doctoral Fellows and Research Assistants (for RAP position only).
Collaborate with project administration and teaching teams on assigned tasks.

Ph.D. in Nursing, Public Health, Social Sciences, Social Work, Statistics, or health-related discipline.
Multiple years of relevant experience in research.
Strong competency in qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese).
Postdoctoral research experience and strong publication and teaching track record preferred.

Full-time; one or two-year fixed term for RAP, or one to two-year temporary basis for PDF, with possibility of renewal subject to performance and funding availability.
