Duties & Responsibilities

Develop and apply advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning models to real-world data.
Create innovative tools and solutions to extract insights from real-world data and enhance analytical capabilities.
Develop, validate, and deploy AI/ML models to support real-world evidence generation.
Conduct large-scale analyses using the centre's AI facility to improve clinical practice and research.
Stay current with latest AI/ML developments in healthcare and ensure methodologies are cutting-edge.
Ensure all AI models are developed with considerations for fairness, ethics, and transparency.

PhD degree or above in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or related field.
Minimum 5 years' experience in data engineering, data ops, or AI/ML data management, preferably in medical or research sectors.
Hands-on experience building and maintaining production-grade datasets for AI/ML models.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua.

Full-time, fixed-term contract for 2 years with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability.
