Duties & Responsibilities

Develop and apply advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning models to real-world data.
Create innovative tools and solutions to extract insights from real-world data and enhance analytical capabilities.
Develop, validate, and deploy AI/ML models to support real-world evidence generation.
Conduct large-scale analyses and build innovative tools to improve clinical practice and research.
Stay current with latest AI/ML developments for healthcare and ensure methodologies are scientifically sound.
Ensure all AI models are developed with considerations for fairness, ethics, and transparency.

PhD degree or above in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or related field.
Minimum 5 years' experience in data engineering, data ops, or AI/ML data management, preferably in medical/research sectors.
Hands-on experience building and maintaining production-grade datasets for AI/ML models.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).

Full-time — 2-year fixed-term contract with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability.
