Duties & Responsibilities
- Support research projects on genetic modification of starch structures in staple crops.
- Assist with research on crop processing and impacts on metabolic diseases.
- Work closely with the Principal Investigator to implement research activities.
- Perform laboratory work using standard research techniques and equipment.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Plant Science, Food Science, Nutrition, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- Basic laboratory skills and familiarity with standard research techniques and equipment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team.
- Experience in food and nutrition research is advantageous.
Appointment
- Contract — one year commencing July 2025, renewable subject to satisfactory performance and mutual agreement.
