Duties & Responsibilities
- Process, stain, and image tissue samples with basic interpretation of results.
- Implement and optimize bioimage analysis protocols and pipelines with documentation.
- Maintain detailed experimental records and perform data analysis.
- Perform general project administrative tasks including equipment maintenance and supply management.
- Provide support in manuscript preparation and presentations as needed.
- Conduct immunostaining and 2D/3D bioimage analysis on mouse and human brain samples.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, life sciences, biology, biochemistry, molecular biology, biomedical sciences, bioinformatics, computational biology, or related field.
- Creative mind with curiosity and willingness to learn new techniques and software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and team-oriented with ability to work proactively.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to prioritize work.
- Experience in tissue handling, histology, and basic molecular biology and neuroscience laboratory skills is desirable.
