Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop protocols and operate high-throughput liquid handler equipment for NGS library preparation.
- Process and analyze NGS data with quality-control analysis.
- Track project progress and maintain organized experimental records.
- Assist in research projects as needed.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Research Assistant) or PhD (Research Associate) in Bioengineering, Biotechnology, Genomics, or related field.
- At least one year of relevant work experience, preferably in next generation sequencing.
- Familiarity with experimental design, optimization, and troubleshooting of NGS library preparation protocols.
- Fluency in English with strong communication and writing skills.
- Detail-oriented with responsibility and ability to work independently.
Appointment
- 1-2 year contract (renewable)
