Duties & Responsibilities
- Support research projects on narrative-based mental health promotion, mHealth, and health psychology.
- Conduct participant recruitment, project management, survey design, and lab/online experimental studies.
- Perform data maintenance, analysis, and write research reports and summaries.
- Conduct literature reviews and contribute to research protocols, grant proposals, and ethics applications.
- Coordinate with collaborating organisations including tech companies, clinics, and NGOs.
- Assist with planning, implementation, and dissemination of research studies.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in communication, psychology, public health, or related social science discipline (PhD highly preferred).
- Strong analytical and writing skills with self-motivation and excellent organisational ability.
- Fluent written and verbal communication in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
- Knowledge of data analysis software such as SPSS or R.
- Experience in psychology experiments or clinical trials preferred.
- Experience with AI technologies, mobile health applications, interactive storytelling, or Unity virtual reality programs is a plus.
Appointment
- Full-time fixed-term contract for 9 or 12 months with re-appointment available subject to performance review.
