Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage participant enrollment and follow-up in clinical trials.
- Answer participant inquiries and explain research procedures clearly.
- Conduct literature reviews and contribute to research protocol development.
- Ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory guidelines for human subject research.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Chinese medicine, psychology, public health, nursing, or related field.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with ability to multitask.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a research team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and research-related software.
Appointment
- Full-time, one-year fixed-term contract with possibility of renewal.
