Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist in a 5-year innovative service-research project on psychosocial study and service outcome evaluation for students with special educational needs.
  • Review literature and compile research reports.
  • Arrange and conduct in-depth interviews with participants.
  • Analyze quantitative data and support data analysis tasks.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to the project.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Principal Investigator and Co-investigators.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Hold a recognised Bachelor's degree or above in Education, Applied Research, Applied Psychology, Statistics, or Social Work.
  • Possess relevant research experience and knowledge of quantitative and/or qualitative research methods.
  • Demonstrate ability to work independently with investigative nature, attention to detail, and analytical aptitude.
  • Be familiar with in-depth interview procedures and quantitative data analysis.
  • Have good communication skills and fluency in both English and Chinese.
