Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in a 5-year innovative service-research project on psychosocial study and service outcome evaluation for students with special educational needs.
- Review literature and compile research reports.
- Arrange and conduct in-depth interviews with participants.
- Analyze quantitative data and support data analysis tasks.
- Handle administrative tasks related to the project.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Principal Investigator and Co-investigators.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a recognised Bachelor's degree or above in Education, Applied Research, Applied Psychology, Statistics, or Social Work.
- Possess relevant research experience and knowledge of quantitative and/or qualitative research methods.
- Demonstrate ability to work independently with investigative nature, attention to detail, and analytical aptitude.
- Be familiar with in-depth interview procedures and quantitative data analysis.
- Have good communication skills and fluency in both English and Chinese.
