Duties & Responsibilities

Support the Principal Investigator in a research project on pro-environmental identity using mixed methods.
Manage and coordinate the implementation of the overall project.
Prepare research materials for qualitative and quantitative studies.
Recruit and liaise with participants.
Collect, input, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data.
Review literature and prepare reports.
Perform administrative tasks related to the project.

Hold an honours degree in social sciences or related discipline, preferably Psychology.
Possess strong knowledge and skills in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies and data analysis.
Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office and research software such as SPSS.
Have excellent command of written and spoken English, fluency in written Traditional Chinese and spoken Cantonese.
Exhibit strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Be a good team player capable of working independently.
