Duties & Responsibilities

Manage a family-based stepped-care intervention project supporting perinatal couples and parents through community and hospital-based activities.
Coordinate project implementation, oversee data collection, and perform quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
Lead database construction and management for the project.
Coordinate and train team members for participant recruitment in hospitals and via social media.
Design and lead the framework for participant follow-ups.
Draft project reports and presentations.
Perform administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.

Hold a PhD degree in Nursing, Public Health, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
Able to work independently and effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
Demonstrate strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation.
Possess good coordination and communication skills.
