Duties & Responsibilities

Conduct literature reviews and desktop research to identify user needs and system gaps.
Assist with formative research including participant coordination, interviews, and contextual inquiry.
Contribute to developing a human-centered prototype including content coordination and maintenance.
Design experiments, collect and analyze data, and prepare research reports.
Translate empirical findings into structured design and evaluation deliverables.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the project leader.

Hold a master's degree or above, or a good honours degree with three or more years of relevant experience.
Have substantial research experience in human-computer interaction, design research strategies, and human-centered design.
Have research interest or experience in mental health support or health-related HCI applications.
Demonstrate ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team.
