Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct research on public health and health economics projects including health preference research, quality of life evaluations, and economic evaluations.
- Work on mixed-methods studies in areas such as mental health, infectious diseases, cardiology, oncology, and community health.
- Publish high-quality peer-reviewed research and secure research grants.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a PhD or equivalent in Health Sciences (Health Economics stream), preferably from an overseas institution.
- Have at least 3 years of post-PhD research experience as a Postdoctoral Fellow or Research Assistant Professor.
- Demonstrate a strong publication record in health preference and quality of life research.
- Have experience securing local competitive research funding such as HMRF.
- Be fluent in English and Cantonese with fieldwork experience in Hong Kong.
