Research Associate / Research Assistant (Full-time/Part-time)

Duties & Responsibilities

Assist the project leader in developing novel deep learning models for computer-assisted surgery.
Research and develop reconstruction and visualization algorithms for surgical applications.
Design learning algorithms that combine clinical knowledge, human interactions, and machine inference.
Write research papers, reports, and proposals for publication in top journals and conferences.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the project leader or delegates.

Research Associate: Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Bioengineering, Applied Mathematics, Neuroscience, Clinical Medicine, or related field; or honours degree with at least 3 years of research/relevant work experience.
Research Assistant: Honours degree in one of the above-mentioned disciplines or equivalent qualification.
Demonstrate good English writing skills and experience in writing research papers and proposals.
Show strong enthusiasm for research and good self-motivation.

Full-time/Part-time — Six months initially, with possibility of further appointment.
