Research Associate / Research Assistant

Duties & Responsibilities

Assist the project leader in conducting research activities including online surveys, intervention studies, and ecological momentary assessment/intervention studies.
Manage data and perform statistical analyses.
Prepare academic manuscripts, reports, and other research-related materials.
Coordinate research activities and liaise with participants, collaborators, and stakeholders.
Collaborate with research team members to ensure smooth project implementation.

Hold a master's degree in Psychology, Social Sciences, or related disciplines (or honours degree with 3+ years of research experience for Associate role).
Hold an honours degree in Psychology, Social Sciences, or related disciplines for Assistant role.
Demonstrate fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably with Cantonese fluency.
Have experience in academic writing with a peer-reviewed publication record.
Be proficient in statistical software such as R, Mplus, or SPSS, preferably with experience in structural equation modeling or multilevel modeling.
Possess strong interpersonal and organisational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.
