Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist the project leader in conducting research on aerosol and particulate matter using remote sensing.
- Conduct fieldwork to measure aerosol.
- Process GIS and remote sensing data.
- Perform algorithm development and data analytics.
- Prepare research reports.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Research Associate: Master's degree or honours degree with 3+ years of research/relevant work experience.
- Research Assistant: Honours degree or equivalent qualification.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Preferred: willingness to conduct fieldwork, driving license, air quality retrieval experience, remote sensing and GIS knowledge, strong analytical skills, and programming knowledge (Python/R).
Appointment
- Contract — 3 months initially, with possibility of further appointment.
