Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist the project leader in enhancing spatial resolution of historical aerial photographs.
- Process GIS and remote sensing data for analysis.
- Develop algorithms and perform data analytics.
- Prepare research reports and documentation.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the project leader.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Research Associate: Master's degree or good honours degree with 3+ years of research/relevant work experience.
- Research Assistant: Honours degree or equivalent qualification.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Preferred: experience in deep learning, super-resolution, multispectral image modelling, remote sensing, GIS, and programming (Python/R).
Appointment
- Contract — three months initially, with possibility of further appointment.
