Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist the project leader with the S.H.I.E.L.D. research project on insurance enhancement and learning algorithms.
- Develop machine learning models to predict optimal rehabilitation solutions.
- Use AI algorithms to detect potentially fraudulent sick leave patterns.
- Conduct speech and sentiment analysis of case managers and injured workers to identify biopsychosocial needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the project leader or Head of Unit.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Research Associate: Master's degree or good honours degree with three or more years of research/relevant work experience.
- Research Assistant: Honours degree or equivalent qualification.
