Duties & Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain cross-platform mobile applications and web-based management portals.
Collaborate with the research team to develop intervention templates, decision rules and data pipelines for care workflows.
Develop AI-assisted functions including question-and-answer, information retrieval, and note summarisation with appropriate safeguards.
Develop and maintain secure databases, backend systems, data management and system security.
Create tools and dashboards to monitor participant engagement, intervention delivery and study outcomes.
Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, documentation and technical support during implementation.
Work with researchers, healthcare professionals and stakeholders to refine the digital platform.

Research Associate: Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or related discipline, OR good honours degree with at least three years of relevant work experience.
