Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee implementation of project activities and ensure adherence to timelines.
- Establish and maintain relationships with local schools for participant recruitment and data collection.
- Provide guidance and support to junior colleagues.
- Ensure smooth execution of project protocols and address arising challenges.
- Assist in data analysis and report writing.
- Perform other assigned tasks as needed.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Master's degree or above (for Research Associate) or Bachelor's degree or above (for Senior Research Assistant) in Social Sciences, Public Health, Sciences, or related disciplines.
- At least four years of post-qualification relevant work experience.
- Proficient in English and Cantonese with strong communication skills.
- Well-organised, reliable, and efficient with strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation.
- Enthusiasm for research; experience in youth mental health and statistical analysis knowledge advantageous.
Appointment
- Full-time contract — one year, renewable subject to mutual agreement.
