Duties & Responsibilities

Oversee implementation of project activities and ensure adherence to timelines.
Establish and maintain relationships with local schools for participant recruitment and data collection.
Provide guidance and support to more than 10 junior colleagues.
Ensure smooth execution of project protocols and address challenges.
Assist in data analysis and report writing.
Perform other assigned tasks.

Hold a Master's degree or above (Research Associate) or Bachelor's degree or above (Senior Research Assistant) in Social Sciences, Public Health, Sciences, or related disciplines.
Have at least four years of post-qualification relevant work experience.
Demonstrate proficient English and Cantonese with strong communication skills.
Be well-organised, reliable, efficient, and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.
Show enthusiasm for research; experience in youth mental health and statistical analysis is advantageous.

Full-time contract for one year, commencing as soon as possible, renewable subject to mutual agreement.
