Duties & Responsibilities

Plan and execute research projects evaluating educational initiatives for primary and secondary school students.
Conduct surveys and interviews using quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
Prepare presentations and research reports based on findings.
Collaborate with stakeholders and research teams across institutions and disciplines.

Master's degree in Psychology, Education, Statistics, or related discipline (or less for Research Assistant positions).
At least four years of post-qualification research experience (for Research Associate/Senior Research Assistant roles).
Strong ability to coordinate research projects using both quantitative and qualitative methods.
Hands-on experience in statistical analyses and fieldwork interviews.
Proficiency in Chinese and English writing with proven research report writing experience.
Solid understanding of psychometric assessment in educational settings.

Full-time contract — one year, renewable subject to satisfactory performance, mutual agreement, and funding availability.
