Duties & Responsibilities

Conduct literature reviews and prepare/analyse quantitative and qualitative data for research projects.
Draft summaries of findings, prepare conference presentations, and support publication write-ups.
Assist with teaching-related tasks and oversee student helpers.
Plan and coordinate academic activities and perform other assigned duties.

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in modern Chinese literature, language education, or related field preferred.
Several years of working experience necessary.
Highly proficient in Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) and English.
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, able to work under tight timelines, and possess strong communication skills.
Experience with large-scale research projects in Chinese literature or language education is preferred; familiarity with Hong Kong literature is advantageous.
