Duties & Responsibilities

Assist instructors in delivering tutorials, workshops, and experiential learning sessions for entrepreneurship courses.
Guide student teams through design thinking processes including problem framing, user research, ideation, and prototyping.
Facilitate hands-on sessions on opportunity recognition, startup fundamentals, and business model development.
Provide constructive feedback on student assignments, pitches, projects, and reflections.
Develop and update teaching materials, case studies, and assessment rubrics.
Coordinate course logistics including scheduling, student liaison, and attendance tracking.
Recruit and manage a network of student helpers to support the entrepreneurship programme.
Oversee student production of promotional content including videos and social media materials.
Nurture student interest groups that create community content such as podcasts and interview series.
Foster an engaged learning community where students share entrepreneurial journeys and connect with peers.
Support organization of bootcamps, hackathons, pitch competitions, and community-building events.
