Duties & Responsibilities

Assist the project leader in research evaluating a thermal pulsation system for dry eye disease treatment.
Perform clinical measurements including refraction and anterior eye examination.
Conduct dry eye evaluation, assessments, and tear sample collection for omics studies.
Perform mass spectrometry, bioinformatics analysis, and research data analysis.
Prepare manuscripts, reports, and perform other assigned duties.

Research Fellow: doctoral degree plus at least three years of postdoctoral research experience.
Postdoctoral Fellow: doctoral degree with no more than five years of post-qualification experience.
Research Associate: master's degree in Optometry/Ophthalmology or honours degree plus three years of relevant experience.
Research Assistant: honours degree in Optometry, Ophthalmology, or equivalent qualification.
Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese or Putonghua).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; preference for research experience and publications.

Full-time / Part-time — 12 months initially, with possibility of further appointment.
