Duties & Responsibilities

Support the project leader on the Collaborative Generative AI research center project.
Provide expertise on foundation models and generative AI systems.
Explore advanced techniques in large language models and multimodal systems, focusing on pre-training, post-training, and model merging.
Establish secure, scalable infrastructure for data management, distributed training, and model evaluation.
Build and maintain large-scale distributed training infrastructure with cluster management and pipeline optimization.
Explore efficient architectural designs for dense and MoE models to improve capacity and training efficiency.

Doctoral degree required for Research Fellow/Project Fellow positions.
At least three years of postdoctoral research experience or equivalent qualifications for Research Fellow/Project Fellow roles.
Demonstrate strong research expertise and publication potential in collaborative generative AI.

Research Fellow/Project Fellow: Full-time or Part-time, 12 months
Postdoctoral Fellow: Full-time or Part-time, 12 months (2 posts)
Research Associate/Project Associate: Full-time or Part-time, 12 months
